The newly appointed Lord Chief Justice Malcolm Leslie Bishop KC made his first courtesy visit to His Majesty’s Prisons last week. The visit provided an opportunity for the judiciary to witness first-hand the conditions and challenges faced by the prison system in implementing court sentences.
