Mr Sione Fo’i’akau Lolohea has been appointed the new Government Statistician of the Tonga Statistics Department, effective Tuesday 11 April, 2023.
He signed his contract today for four years.
He took his oath before the Honourable Prime Minister Hu’akavameiliku, witnessed by members of the Commission for Public Service.
In the meantime, Mr. ‘Isileli Oko from Niutoua has been appointed as the new CEO of the Ministry of Education.
