As part of its ongoing efforts to streamline customs operations and better serve the trading community, the Ministry of Revenue and Customs opened a second Customs cashier counter at the ROYCO Shed within Queen Salote Wharf (QSW).
This move is designed to improve the processing of the substantial daily cargo volume. The new counter will handle all QSW cargo, including items stored at the ROYCO Shed, vehicles, and full container loads cleared from QSW.
The launch aligns with International Customs Day 2025, which emphasizes “Customs Delivering on Its Commitment to Efficiency, Security, and Prosperity.”
Cashier counters close daily at 3 PM, while all other services continue until 4:30 PM.
