Her Royal Highness Princess Salote Mafile’o Pilolevu Tuita, Patron of the Tonga Tourist Association, will deliver the keynote address at the upcoming National Tourism Forum.
The event is scheduled for March 13-14, 2025, at the Fa’onelua Convention Centre in Nuku’alofa.
Organized by the Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with stakeholders such as the Tonga Tourist Association and the Tonga Tourism Authority Board, the forum aims to develop a Tourism Sector Plan and Roadmap for a resilient future. Support comes from PACER Plus, NZ Maori Tourism, and the International Trade Centre.
The forum will feature speakers from international, regional, and local organizations across both public and private sectors, offering insights to empower attendees in navigating current challenges.
The Princess Royal’s involvement highlights the importance of tourism to Tonga’s economy and her commitment to its sustainable development.
