The Ministry of Education and Training has announced the release of the 2024 Tonga National Form Seven Certificate (TNFSC) results yesterday.
A total of 31 Distinctions were awarded, with Tonga High School’s exceptional performance standing out.
This year, 15 schools across Tongatapu, ‘Eua, Vava‘u, Ha‘apai, Niuatoputapu, and Niuafo‘ou offered the TNFSC, with 688 students registering, a significant increase from 505 in 2023.
Several schools achieved Distinction grades in various subjects. Tonga High School led with Distinctions in Accounting, Biology, Computing & ICT, English, Economics, French, Mathematics with Statistics, Mathematics with Calculus, and Visual Arts.
Ha‘apai High School earned Distinctions in Biology, while ‘Eua High School and Queen Salote College excelled in Lea FakaTonga. Tonga College achieved a Distinction in Biology, and Beulah Adventist College earned a Distinction in Computing & ICT.
The results for 2024 do not include Qualify or Not Qualify performance statuses or individual scores. Admission to higher education institutions will be determined at the discretion of the institutions themselves.
Students can collect their results from their respective schools.
Re-scores will be available from January 6 to 17, 2025.
